I felt very comfortable at Tula's. The staff and Doctor are so nice and friendly. The Doctor took time to listen and suggested treatment I had not been offered at other clinics. I was very pleased with results. Will definitely go back and will recommend clinic to others.

I was literally told by staff that they have too many patients and are too busy to stay on top of things when I was trying to figure out why almost a week had passed and a prescription I was promised still had not been sent in to the pharmacy. Then, because I had to call multiple times to try and get them to fill the script, they told me to not call them again and implied that somehow I was rude because I was following up on a needed medication. There was also an issue with the doctor not returning any messages for almost two weeks because she had no idea how to wrok her messaging system and I was also scolded for following up during this period as well. The practice can't handle their patient load. Judging from reviews, it seems the practice is more interested in their aesthetic treatments than medical patients. In regards to their response to this review, I have already found a new doctor, thank you. It's ironic she lists all the reasons she doesn't have time to respond to legitimate patient medical concerns but jumps on Google quite swiftly to remark on reviews. Shows where priorities are. By the way, the reason for the phone calls were twofold, a) you TOLD me to call after I'd sent a message because you couldn't keep track of your messages in the portal and B) you weren't responding to messages in the portal. I was never rude to anyone. I never said anything derogatory nor did I use unkind words, I simply advocated for my care. If you don't want people using the portal and then calling the office, don't tell your patients to do so, especially when they have a very complicated illness that requires lots of communication.
