My experience is ALWAYS great at Blood Assurance in Columbia, TN. The ladies there are always very pleasant and have a terrific sense of humor. You are always made to feel appreciated for your donation. I've never had a bad experience and I go just about every week for personal medical reasons. Blood is always needed by local area hospitals and the donations given at Blood Assurance in Columbia TN help people locally. It's not shipped all over the US. So if you want to help people in need locally, have a great experience with friendly folks and get a warm feeling inside for doing the right thing, visit Blood Assurance of Columbia TN and GIVE UNTIL IT HURTS. :-) P.S. To respond to a previous review, at this time, due to saline shortages, Blood Assurance can't collect plasma. If you donate platelets on the apheresis machine, they can also collect plasma at the same time. I have been coming here every two weeks to donate my platelets for a few years. The staff is always warm and welcoming. If they weren't fantastic, I don't know if I would come as often. They make sure you are comfortable throughout the process, even before you have a needle in your arm. I can't say enough good things about this facility and this company.
It said on the internet this place does plasma donations, they do not.
