I have been trying to get a new card since August 2020, I send in what they say to send but then they send it back saying it's incomplete. This is some bs, the office needs to reopen.

Really frustrating when you cant go get your social security card renewed or changed in person. Sending everything through mail is very risky. Ugghh.

Absolutely disappointing service. I have been trying to get my daughter's SSN For 2 MONTHS. I called 3-4 times to double check paper work necessities only for them to tell me I was missing a document I made sure to double check they didn't need. After that delayed the process another few weeks I sent the missing document with a note that they told me send saying I needed the number ASAP. I received this document back and trusted that the card would now arrived within the 7-10 days like they told me BUT NOPE. It's been over 2 WEEKS and they just ordered the card yesterday. I am LIVID. I tried to be patient with all this understanding Covid makes things harder but I guess you just have to call EVERYDAY to make sure they are going to do what they said.

They put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on me. I called back, waited 8 minutes and you hung up on me a second time. I’d fire you if you worked for me. Is the manager a woman?

I am very happy with my trip to this office. The lady who I worked with was kind and helpful. It took me only 20 minutes to complete what I needed.
