If I could have given zero stars I would have. I took a family member here today that was suffering from a major incident that needed immediate mental health attention. After a recommendation from the counselor to seek an evaluation I went to Brookhaven. When arriving, the initial staff was very cold and rude. I asked where the check in was and he showed me to the front desk. When the receptionist looked up she immediately pushed us back out side the door to the front porch and asked us “what do you need”. I told her I was there to get help for my friend. Even though we both had masks she told us we would have to wait outside for someone to come talk to us and it was raining and cold. My friend was already nervous about having to go somewhere and this just freaked her out. Needless to say we immediately left and went to another facility. I would have expected an entire different approach to dealing with the type of patients they see. I was not comfortable with the care she may have gotten with this initial experience. I trusted my gut and I found that approach at the next place we went and she is in great care and comfortable. This place is a medical system and didn’t show any compassion to the person that was coming to them for a major life threatening event.

Staff treat you with the greatest of respect. Therapist and doctors know what they're doing. The best eating disorder clinic in the area.
I feel it's unprofessional of them to schedule an interview at 11am and the person interviewing be 20min late
I received treatment years ago for depression and substance abuse. The treatment I received was of the best quality. Today I am free of Depression and am on mo medication for it. I am also living a clean and sober life. The quality of life I have today would not have been possible without the efforts of the team that worked with me at Brookhaven and I am eternally grateful for them being their in my time of need.
