My fiancé (now husband) and I bought a wedding band a few weeks ago that had to be made to order, hoping that it would get to us before our wedding on January 2nd. It was totally our fault for ordering it so late... we were just taking a chance hoping it would be there for the wedding ceremony. We ordered the band from the Oklahoma store, but we were in Texas for the wedding, so we knew the ring needed to be shipped to Texas. The band got to the Kay store in Oklahoma on New Years Eve, but because it was a holiday, they couldn’t ship the band to us overnight. Brandon, who works at the Kay Store in Tulsa Hills, OK, drove 4 hours to get the ring to us in time!! He didn’t charge us any fees or anything — he just did it so that we could have our ring for our wedding. I was absolutely floored by how much the employees as a whole (Stephanie and Shawn, too) cared about our special day and about us in general. Thank you so much guys!! You truly went above and beyond. The ring itself is perfect, too! Thank you, Kay team.

Very great experience nervous at first me and my husband but Shane is very nice prices are affordable he took great time to find the desire of rings that we wanted! I wouldn't have it any other way Kay's is the best and we are very greatful for Shane he's awesome!

The store manager, Stephanie, did an excellent job working with me and being patient with my browsing. I had a less than pleasant experience in the past so Stephanie personally assisted me and made sure I was taken care of. Great service.
