Was running late for my appointment yesterday, called and left a message to call me back. With in a few minutes, a very polite and nice lady called me back. Asked what time could I be there? I said 2 hours out. She said no problem. I arrived and, checked in, she was very nice, professional, and so polite! I felt welcomed, and, not a bother for being late! She had a friendly attitude, told me she would open the door so i could wait inside for my turn to get loaded. A few minutes later, a very nice young man came over to confirm my load. He pulled my order and loaded me promptly! I feel bad that I didn't ask their names because their customer service skills went so far beyond GREATNESS! I will be calling the plant manager today because I want these two people recognized for going way beyond satisfying me as a truck driver and a customer! This was a Tremendously Great Experience! Awesome People with Awesome Attitudes! I cannot say enough good things about these two young people who work at Kloeckner Metals, Tulsa, OK!!!!!!!!
We have six trucks dedicated out of here.. the people are very friendly and the facility is clean and safe. They do very good about getting us loaded and out in a reasonable time. On the off chance that we have to wait a long time they pay detention
These are some of the best people I have hauled for. We have several trucks a day load out of this plant and they always take care of us. Lately there has been very little wait time to load. The office is always enjoyable to visit with and the loaders are careful with your equipment and listen to how you want your load on your trailer. All around great people to deal with.
