We tried to purchase some dining furniture over the phone at the Tulsa Mathis brothers location. I had to wait for a phone number to be text to me to complete the purchase. When I called to pay later that evening my order was cancelled and they would not reinstate it. We have spent thousands of dollars at Mathis brothers over the last 20 years and we are Century customers. You should have your employees ring up the customer or do it immediately. No one should have to wait to pay for their items.

2/25/19: We still have not been able to speak with someone. Hopefully we can speak to someone to resolve this issue. I have replied to an email twice providing a contact number and no response. We are not looking to get money back. We love the design of the couch, just want to have it resolved. We purchased this couch under two years ago and it looks like it is much older. This a special order couch and it took about 2-3 months to get all the pieces. After 2 months of having it the cushions began deflating. We mentioned the issue to them and they replaced the pillow inserts. We mentioned that because the cushions deflated the fabric is being stretched. Since the replacement inserts the cushions deflated again and the fabric continues to stretch causing the seems to come apart. We have been going back and forth with this issue since ownership and for some reason they continue to state they will replace the inserts. The deflation of the cushions cause the seems to pull apart and rapid advancement of fraying. We even went in to the store this month and were told they would resolve the issue in its entirety. We provided them a phone number to call us because no manager was available. They then left a voicemail stating we will replace the cushions we can't do anything about the fraying and never mentioned the seem issue. We call back and leave a message to speak with this person and then receive an email asking for a phone number to reach us. We still have not spoken to one person and the issue is still not resolved. we have purchased from Mathis Brothers for many years it is hard to understand why this would continue on since purchase of a couch and take a little over a year to resolve. This is not the Mathis Brothers that we have done business with in the past. we spent a lot of money to have a high-quality product we love our couch design but the cushion quality in the fabric quality are lacking. We just want our couch fixed.

He genuinely wants to make customers happy with their purchases. Clayton Hale is the reason I am a return customer.
