Two of the most pleasant people I've ever met were working there today. They were kind, adaptable to my being hard of hearing and disabled, they showed me some beautiful typewriters because they could see how much I appreciated the machines. One was so beautiful that I got emotional, thiugh I'm not sure if it ahowed. This was one of the best experiences I've had in my life. They /deserve/ me as a repeat customer. They didn't have to earn a thing. Just extraordinarily pleasant people.
