The place was not very busy. Our waiter had tables all over the restaurant. We had call him over a couple times for drink refills and to order a birthday dessert. We all were finished eating when we ordered the dessert. Our empty plates sat in front of us through dessert and paying the bill. Our waiter seemed busier than the other wait staff.

On The Border is consistently good, in our opinion, & a favorite of ours for Tex Mex. Mexican grilled chicken, carne asada, veggies, chips & salsa, draft beer, & sangria swirl- All yummy. Service was great, as well, and Military discount offered.

I'm sure many like this style. I lived in Texas for 21 years, so my Tex-Mex taste experience is pretty refined. I think the chips are too hard and thick (they always taste old, to me), and I think the mild salsa is too hot to taste the flavor. The food tastes like it comes frozen meals. Sorry.

The Food was great and you can definitely feel comfortable about social distancing from others with the way they've spaced their tables out. I had the marinated queso chicken and it was so most and tender I didn't need a knife to cut it! The ONLY issue I had was they don't have any seafood I their menu like they used to.

Cozy place to sit down for a bite. I ordered flavored tea (mango then I got peach). I got the ultimate fajitas about 17.49 and the lunch special 7.99 for 2 enchiladas. One chicken and one cheese. The chicken, steak, pork and shrimp were soft, tender and delicious. The vegetables looked like a variety of squash, variety of bell peppers and onions. It came with the usual 3 flour shells (you can get corn for no extra charge) . The enchiladas were great. The chicken was flavorful and tender. The sauce on top I switched around and there was no extra charge for switching the toppings. And for dessert I got cinnamon sprinkled Carmel stuffed churros with a scoop of ice cream. The staff were helpful and attentive, my waiter was Jason
