Raley's Pools just finished building my pool, and it's gorgeous. I couldn't be happier. James Raley and everyone on his crew did a superb job. He patiently and creatively solved several issues with my lot, to design the best pool for the space. He stayed in constant communication, always responding immediately to my many questions. He has a superlative crew, experienced and highly professional - they handled every phase of construction with great attention to detail. Really I think everything was done perfectly. They were on the job by 7:30 am, all day every day, and got the pool done faster than I would have thought. And on top of it, they are a group of really nice guys. James did show us several other pools of the many he's built in the area, including older ones that I asked to see, and they all looked beautiful. I recommended him to quite a few bypassers who stopped to look at the construction and ask me about it. I highly highly recommend his company to anyone wanting to build a pool.

Raley's pool redid my gunite pool and deck/walkway with cooldeck or whatever they use in 2015. I spent roughly 16,000. The cool deck on the walk way and around the perimeter of the pool began to come off starting in 2017. Some of it just peeled off or came off like old crusty cookie dough. Another contractor said they didn't even prep the surface or concrete b4 applying the material they used. I have called Raley's pool multiple times and I even called his cell phone I believe, but he never answered the phone because they have caller ID apparently. I have left messages on their voice mail or Kmart answering machine, but again no answer. This firm apparently tries to \wear you out\ until you just give up. What scares me is that they also did the pool and I wonder how that's holding up. They have a new slick website talking about customer service which I think is a total joke. I would post a positive and favorable post if they would have responded to my messages and attempted to resolve the problem in a mutually acceptable way.
They redid a pool for us in 2013 and the finish has worn off and also a hole has developed in the plaster. I just wanted to ask them for advice but after 2 calls I have not received a call back !
Had Raley's Pools do a remodel on my 1972 in ground pool. They did a fantastic job. They re-tiled, re-plastered, added a a stone coping edge, two waterfalls and rocked the entire elevated back wall. Here are some before and after photos. I highly recommend them. I continue to use them for my seasonal opening and closing of the pool. The pictures should speak for themselves.
Raley’s Pools are the best. Great Service and they cleaned everything. James came over to look at our pool that we needed redone. He gave us some great ideas. Loved his work. He can do it. The best in town.
