Called me and said they needed to it to be paid right now and give bank information over the phone. Said if I didn’t then they will sue me and I will have to pay for a lawyer and court fees. Got angry with me and my mother and said that they will see us in court. Terrible company

The only reason I gave a 1 star review is because there isn't a negative option. I hope everyone is aware of the fact that if you are married, they will attach your spouses accounts to you and NOT ADVISE YOU that is what they do. I set up payments for me to only find out I have been paying my husbands. Not only that, they added his name on MY CHECKING ACCOUNT!!! He is not on that account AT ALL!!! I have been paying them for 18 months at 100.00 per month to find out I only owed them a little over 400.00. They paid over 1700.00 of his and I have a balance owed still!! To me this is fraud!! This type of behavior is what gives collection agencies a bad reputation. I was TRYING to do the right thing, and I got screwed!!! You can't trust ANYONE ANYMORE. They say they add your spouses name to your account because Oklahoma is a \community property\ state. BS!!!! We don't pay bills together and we have separate checking accounts. I don't trust them as far as I can throw them. I will NEVER set up automatic withdrawal with, especially TAB, ANYONE EVER AGAIN!!! BE AWARE of how TAB does things!!!
This trash right here made a payment plan for my wife to pay.Well she agreed to make the payments and has never been late.They go to court and dont tell my wife.They tell the judge my wife has never made a payment.Yet she has Bank statments to prove she never missed one.The stupid people went to court and lied.Purged there self in a lie Im begging my wife to get a lawyer.Not only that now they hung court fees on her.But im glad i seen this cause if they added one my bill we gonna go to court.And today you call and ask for 50 more bucks.I hope you took her before a judge to get it.Cause believe me um about to get this crap strait and yes its gonna go down in a court room.They will lie and cheat you dont mess with them go to court
Don't believe all the negative reviews on TAB Services. I've had major medical issues throughout my life and I've unfortunately always fought with collections agents as I can never keep up with all my medical bills as a single parent. From my experiences, TAB has been one of the most professional and thoughtful collections agencies to deal with. They've always worked to build affordable payment plans with me and they ALWAYS RETURN MY CALLS, you have no idea how important that is when you're trying to protect your credit from negative impacts. Unfortunately, a lot of the reviews on this company fail to realize TAB cannot perform miracles. Doing anything with a credit report takes at least 30 days, and typically 60-90 days; this is not TAB's fault, but simply status quo for the credit reporting agencies. My credit score has gone up 200 points in the last 3 years and working with TAB has been a major part of that. Just be honest with them about what you can and cannot do to make payments and return their calls promptly. Take responsibility for your debt and realize TAB did not put you in this situation. I'm very thankful for this organization's respectful agents and all the diligent work they put in to help me resolve my debt in a fair and easy way. I would specifically like to thank Margaret for all her hard work! I greatly appreciate she has done for me and she is a truly valuable asset to this organization!
They never sent any mail, EVER, and then sued me....TAB is a horrible company full of heartless thieves!!!! And, their lawyer, Andy Enlow is just a part of their scam!!!!!!!!!
