I love the Tesla business model. There is no pressure at all. The price is the price, none of the usual haggling and wondering if you got a good deal while knowing you probably didn't. At Tesla, they show you the cars and if you want one you order it on their website. Done!

I am so thankful there is a service center in Tulsa! Great customer service with an easy location to find. The one thing I hope they can add in is for clients to get a free cleaning ( car wash ) when they have to have their vehicle serviced. Thank you again for the fast and great service! You all ROCK!
Jeremiah was professional, knowledgeable and truly listened to me and my concerns! I hate that I needed them but grateful they are so close and so very helpful! Very quick turnaround with the car!! Thank you!!
Customer service is still lacking, but they now have a service desk with bell. Communication is via the app, which is still frustrating. The service person is out, so a mechanic has to answer. At least they have loaners available again. They are running behind, so I'm sitting here hoping they finish before closing at 6pm.
Thanks for taking care of us and our Tesla this week. We had brought our small yorkiepoo named Juno to our service appointment and they were so sweet and kind to us and made sure we were taken care of throughout the day. Make sure to bring a phone charger in case you need it, very nice waiting area!

This place has been completely dead, operating on a skeleton staff. Theres nobody there to even be helpful so if your in the market for a Tesla in Tulsa Oklahoma, you might as well do all of your own research bc its like they don't have people to answer questions any time Ive been there...
Adviser was super helpful and friendly. Test drive of the model Y was great. Also was able to look at the model x as well.
