I Worked here only a week .GOOD PAY A LOT TO LEARN I was new to collections they clam all this stuff for you to remember in a few days. Some of the managers teaching was pretty good good BETH CHARLIE was very understanding to that. It is a work fron home jobs and sometimes things happen my first INCIDENT i got fired( my brother walked in asking for gas money) of course i informed Mr.Byron aftererwards the manager Byron said i had nothing to worry about thats ok just limit it. I thought everything was fine .But only later to find out he took notes and had me fired and check this he ask how i like the job so far (byron) i told him its a lil stress and ill need a drink to wine down afterwork he reported that as well but you ask me thats so iconic . Told me ask him if i need anything and i joked and said no because you shame me (just a joke) he laughed as well. But turned and got my assignment ended. Please just dont say anything it will back fire. I wasted time and i could have been with a company who understands incidents and give fair warnings. Nobody else was fired and i witnessed people walking in they background some wasnt on camera holding babies etc.. GUESS MY PURPOSE IS NOT FOR CAPITAL ONE AND MR.BYRON YOU COULD HAVE LET ME KNOW AS A EMPLOYEE AND WE COULD HAVE CLEARED ANY ISSUE UP .TAKING PEOPLE JOBS OVER SOMETHING SO SMALL IS NOT RIGHT.
Horrible experience. I had accidentally entered one number off on my routing number. Because of that, they werent able to process my payment and shut off my card/account. Now my credit has gone up. No notification, no heads up that I need to fix it so they can process the payment. Nothing. I only used it once to pay for something that was 20 dollars and planned to pay it back to the following day. Ridiculous don’t use this company if you’re young and trying to build credit.
Been a customer for 7years now Can't understand why all of there rules have changed and why you can be ignored by calling Late fee on day that it is due How is that possible ? Want late fees over my business I'm done with them
i will never get a capitol one card ever worse experience never notify about anything about my card or account being called or that capitol one took over Walmart
Great customer service when account is current and actually even if account gets past due. This site isn't open for customers though I'm told. Have to call the customer service number.
First off the customer service is very hard to understand, and I have made payments on time and I still have issues, and I still owe. How is that possible? When I ask to speak to managers, I am ignored.
After driving 20 minutes to get here, it's not an atm like I searched for..
