I’ve been donating my platelets since April 2019 and I have never had a problem. They are very professional and very, very pleasant. In fact, I always look forward to it, knowing that I am helping someone.

Been going for about 5 years to this establishment including before and after their transition to American Red Cross. I can honestly say that the staff and the environment they foster are top notch. I was a blood donor for 4 years-- which is relatively quick-- and have been a platelet donor for the last year and have had plenty of memories with the staff. Has there ever been a mistake/complication? Yeah. They're human-- just like all of us. Have they been nothing but sweet, professional and considerate? Hell yes. They are saving lives doing their work and I genuinely treasure their work. Type of people you can trust your grandma with. I'd recommend donating here any day of the week.

When I went in to donate blood a older lady was the one to put the needles in my arm. She obviously didn’t know what she was doing because she kept having to stop and ask a younger lady to help. It got to the point where the other lady do it for her, Immediately after I left I had huge bruises. I couldn’t move my arms for 3 whole days ! Also they were not able to get much blood cause one of my veins were small but the older lady said they could get more blood next time in my other arm since the vein in that one is better. Never going back do not recommend!
