I have stayed with chapman house two times during my struggles with life. Staff are caring and understanding and are there to facilitate a positive and nurturing experience to the best of their abilities. Dealing with addicts and alcoholics is not the easiest task in the world. I can honestly say I felt as cared for and supported as humanly possible. I've been sober and back a couple times and know the sober community well in this area. I would recommend this place to someone I cared about.

I had a loved one in, back in april for the first time. Besides being nervous and scared they made it an easier transition, they took all the information and belongings in the intake process. The staff was very helpful and caring. At the time there was a new social worker that had come aboard. She was so helpful and very resourceful. My loved one came in with court issues and so forth , she made sure he had all the info for the court. She was caring and helpful. For the family meetings a Dr. Would come and give us such great insight about mental health and addictions. In spite of how messed up my family member was they did such an awsome job. Till this day he misses chapman staff and residents. Thank you for what you do,may you continue doing an amazing job.

This is the worst of the worst. Please avoid ever sending a loved one here. The owners and staff lack any kind of ethic or common decency. They do not care about anything but how they will be paid. They no doubt will be the next rehab to be prosecuted for body brokering among other things.

Terrible place, no oversight. My, ex husband, who is a convicted criminal, is here and continues to violate restraining orders, and the staff doesn't care. This is just a cushy resort masquerading as a treatment facility. No one cares that I am continuously being harassed and threatened from under their roof, in defiance of court orders. But they love to publicize their beach trips and state of the art gym...what upside down priorities. I doubt there's any real treatment going on at all. They certainly don't care about the damage that their residents do to their victims, and they don't try to stop it from happening.
