The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Cohen is very personable and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and there was an extremely interesting and educational video playing for patients. I have been a patient for over 15 years and the service is always great! Highly recommended!!!

Definitely a top Doc. She is very good at what she does. We always get an answer and the treatment does the trick. It is good to know we can go to Dr Cohn and she will solve the problem. Her staff is the best, too!

I highly recommend Dr. Cohn to everyone. She and her staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are very professional and care about their patients. I got a bill in the mail by mistake due to my insurance company and I spoke to Kevin the Office Manager who was very polite and considerate and very understanding of my concern. He assisted me right away and made sure he helped me and answered all my question. Very professional and he took time to research and find the problem and acted quickly and made sure I was satisfied and taken care of. Dr. Cohn is really sweet and professional and makes sure you are in good hands. She also helps ease your mind on concerns and is very diligent. All but positive experiences. She always takes care of my needs. Highly recommend this dermatologist office

After reading the recent reviews from this office I feel compelled to mention the fact that Dr. Cohn’s poor attitude towards patients actually dates all the way back to 2010 from my experience. I report this now because what is clear here is a pervasive pattern of behavior from this doctor. I can confirm what people are still saying today. Extremely long waiting room waits that go beyond 1 hr. and possibly another hour once they bring you back to the exam room. More importantly, her demeanour was just like the recent customers are saying, she was very rushed, and could care less about you as a person. That’s the impression she leaves on you. I remember she got defensive with me when I asked a follow up question. I remember it like it was yesterday, she was answering the question I asked while she was closing the door exiting the room, all in one clean motion. That made me feel so small. That experience took hours all for a brief encounter that lasted 2-3 minutes. My symptoms improved once I got another opinion. Monique, how do you as a person measure success?
