Special Attention for My Old Road Bike- I live in town Atlanta, but I work near the bike shop. I decided to have my bike serviced here during Covid due to the bike shop backups in my in town, local shop. I am so happy I gave Twisted Spokes an opportunity. I have spoken with Shellie briefly, and she was knowledgeable and friendly. However, Ricardo has been my primary interface. He is awesome. I have taken my bike here three times this year, and Ricardo has a welcomed attitude of giving my late '80's road bike the special love and attention old bikes need. He likes the challenge and is not willing to simply tell me to upgrade each piece of equipment that is problematic. I have come to trust Ricardo, and he seems to be very talented as well as a genuinely nice guy. The turn around times are very good, and they get you back on the road quickly. The entire \shop family\ seems to be all around honest and friendly people. I will continue to make Twisted Spokes my go to shop as I continue to get mileage from my old bike and transition to new gear only as Ricardo says it is time. :) Thanks, Ricardo!

Twisted Spokes is a great family run local bike shop that offers personal attention and professional knowhow. I go there to service the bikes for my entire family. And in fact leaned on their expertise to replace two bikes for my growing kids. Not only did they help me select a great bike, but they also went out of their way to pick them up for me so that the delivery was immediate. So grateful. And the additional benefit of offering bike lessons was an unexpected find. With COVID, I am now focused on making bike riding part of our family routine on the weekend to enjoy outdoor activity and family time. Thanks to Shellie's bike lessons, my kids were able to not only upgrade their bikes, but also upgrade from training wheels. My kids are awesome on bikes now and so enjoy the experience. Lastly, Twisted Spokes is full service - end to end. They helped me find the perfect bike rack and installed it. I can now ride with my kids (no training wheels) down the Alpharetta Greenway and have a way to bring our bikes to and from safely and securely. You provided a silver lining during this this otherwise dim COVID season. My kids now have a lifelong love for biking! Thank you Twisted Spokes!
Outstanding service!!!! I had a problem with the carbon fork on my Bianchi delaminating. The shop downtown would not even return a call! I called Shellie to ask about buying a new fork. She offered to speak to the Bianchi rep for me (the bike is under warranty). She sorted it out and I dropped the bike off as the fork needed to be removed and shipped to Ca. Few weeks later it's back and looks as good as new. So impressed that Shellie went above and beyond to get me the best result possible. I know they are busy but it was important to her that I get what I deserved - which was a repair under warranty. Really happy with the service!
I can not say enough good things about Tiwsted spokes. Product and Service are top notch and simply the best I have ever seen. Shellie gave both my kids lessons that far exceeded our expectations. Brett is extremely knowledgeable and recommends always the absolute best product for your budget. Highly recommend this place.. Actually my kids and I go there frequently even if just to say hi.
Incredible lessons by Shellie. Extremely thorough, responsible, and professional. She was able to teach my 8 year old son to ride in just 2 lessons. Something that I had struggled with for years and had come to the conclusion that this is a skill he might not be able to learn ever. I was wrong!! Shellie proved me wrong. Can not recommend her enough to anyone trying to teach their child to ride a bike. Very reasonably priced and extremely accommodating.
