I would and will NEVER patronize this Transit service!! Their busses look nice, but Management is AWFUL!! Their Marketing Director, Larry Rodgers, is EXTREMELY arrogant!! The arrogance demonstrated to me in 1 phone call and 2 e-mails was convincing enough to never ride Arrowhead Transit. Don't let their nice looking busses fool you, OR their commercials. Their service is absolutely NOT as nice as it looks, appears and seems in their commercials. I was REALLY looking forward to a bus ride on their nice looking busses, until I further investigated the company through their Marketing Director. This company is a HUGE disappointment!! Not worthy of patronization, due to arrogant Management.

its awful you can only go at certain times they overwork their drivers and only have one bus out at a time so wait time is an hour sometimes because instead of them having a seperate bus for kickstart kids or people at recycling to get picked up u have to wait until certain times of the day if u dont have a car dont move to two harbors mn the bus system is awful and instead of going home straight u have to tour the town because they get behind my advice Arrowhead corporate get two bus running i cant even get my kid to headstart at 9 amwhat am i supoosed to do walk him in the winter oh yeah and no weekend buses at alll and u cant leave the town
