I don't understand how the professional company this once was has devolved so quickly to lacking all professional integrity. I've personally moved with Two Marines three times in the past 10 years, as well as recommended them countless times, and was hoping to move with them again this Spring. It appears the leadership and CEO have left their customer base (people who trusted them) with no avenue of recourse to either 1) make use of a deposit already paid or 2) secure belongings they trusted to them in storage. Every number on their website goes directly to a message indicating the business is shuttered, and any email to a representative is returned with a blank out of office with no context.

Hired them for my move. Bought extra insurance for damage. The movers the day of the move were prompt and efficient. During the move a table was damage. I spent 2 weeks after the move trying to speak to someone to file a claim. Finally was contacted via email to file a claim on line. After finally the mover accepted the damage was caused by them, I was told I would be contacted by a repair shop. 1 month later I still had not been contacted by repair shop. I have emailed and called the Two Marinw movers. All of my communication with the company have gone unanswered. This is unprofessional and extremely bad business practice to ignore what they are contractually obligated to.
Never use Two Marines Moving. My husband and I wanted to support a veteran owned business and believed we were paying a premium price for superior service. We could not have been more wrong. A member of the crew kept packing improperly and disappearing, which made the move take much longer than expected. We were charged for those extra labor costs. Our furniture and lamps were tossed haphazardly and unwrapped in the back of the truck, causing significant damage. I immediately followed up with the company and was just told to file a claim. After that it was incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone who could help. Once they were paid, there was no customer service. Use another moving company. You will be glad you did.
