Tyco Integrated Security

One of the most unorganized companies I have worked with. We've had someone from their organization out over 10 times and they have yet to figure out the issue. We have a camera security system integrated into our Tyco alarm system. Each time Tyco comes out (most of the time it's someone new, each time) they leave saying all of their equipment and programming is correct, then the camera company shows up and say the opposite. Several of the Tyco employees have been utterly rude (Ken was the worst) as well as inconsistent with their arrival times according to the appointments set. The camera company we use has been professional and informative in showing where Tyco has absolutely no idea what they are doing. It's clear that any system outside of a normal house security system is above their ability. I would not recommend them to anyone.
