I'm a physical therapist, and I visited here with my husband to shop for shoes to help him in his training for Ironman triathlons and marathons. He runs a lot, and sometimes struggles to keep heel pain and shin splints under control. We are engaging in new treatment therapies at home, but believe a high performance running shoe is an important component during training on various terrain. We really enjoyed our shopping experience here. I felt we were able to get all the advice we needed to make a trustworthy selection. This store works with some of the highest performing shoes known, and are more expensive than other brands that do not hold to a particular level of performance. Therefore we checked for price comparisons and found this store is indeed satisfactorily competitive on price. The customer service was friendly, cheerful, and sincere. We felt they shared excellent advice and operated from a solid knowledge bank. There were three employees today, and it stood out to me how well they worked with one another. One had more personal experience with running on different types of surfaces than others and on subtleties between brands and specific shoe designs, which was extremely helpful. I would recommend this place as a good resource for people in the Tyler area who need to be able to trust the support and influence on gait from their shoes.
