Manager was nice and informative. But I didn't like how he tried to give me misinformation. Told me if I brought it back after hours I would be charged a 20 fee. But on the site it said if I checked it back in on the mobile site, it was no charge, if I checked in with a rep, it would be a charge. I challenged his wording and started to show the site and email then he adjusted his words. I've done this a few times so I know the routine.

Hours said open at 9 am on Sunday. We arrived before 9 am and stayed till 9:15 am where no phone calls were answered, no knocks on the door were heard, and probably nobody was there while my family and 2 others cars were waiting outside. Was not well received professionally. We cut our loses with this U-haul facilities staff, unhitched the trailer, and left it in their parking lot. I suggest you do the same if you encounter a similar situation with them. Reattempted to call the office again at 9:28 to notify we left the trailer, but still no answer.
Rob answered all my questions. Helped me with equipment options and was very courteous.
