Spoke with Anthony in scheduling from the Blaine location. How incredibly rude he was! Pretty much told me that a one way truck rental in a week and a half can't be guaranteed nor accommodated...rather than explaining immediately that mileage/gas would be added to the trip if I had to pick it up elsewhere he told me about all the things they WOULDN'T do (guarantee a truck in the metro, bring the truck to me, give me more than FOUR days notice of where to get the truck) Are you kidding me? I'm planning a move across states and I get met with attitude by this jerk who lacks customer service skills but also my primary stress now gets to be a 4 day notice on the truck I need to do so. Definitely will be looking at other companies over the next 6 days and canceling in a heartbeat for one that WANTS to serve their customers.

I was here on 4/27/21 to rent a U-haul. Lucy was very rude to customers, yells, with a nonchalant attitude. If you ask question about equipment, she yells and answer very rudely. Tom is nice, but unfortunately, he is new and in training. The two women run the place. I will not return here.

At the end of November, my husband and I picked up a car trailer at this location. The boy helping us did not have on a mask, as per the state guidelines, and when this was mentioned to him, it turned into the most unprofessional situation, as it turns out the boy's mother is the owner of this franchise. Since this very unpleasant encounter, we have been randomly charged by UHaul for our rental services (at least once per week) despite the fact that we paid our bill in full prior to our move. If you can, avoid this location -- you'll be thankful!

In this location, I have met a few professional, courteous people and I met one rude person. She cuts you in the middle of the sentence, and goes on with her own topic. Her tone pitch makes you feel that you are receiving commands an you have to follow. I will try other locations next time I think about renting equipment from U-Haul.

I ordered a uhaul for 1pm today. As of right now my car battery is dead. I tried contacting you to let you know I am running late I was put on hold then it hung up. I tried recalling to let you guys know what's going on or to put me on hold again, I understand you're busy so I don't mind holding but when I recalled I was hung up on again and now when I try to call back my calls are forwarded. I manage multiple phone lines all day 6 days a week and my communication is top notch this service was disappointing today. Maybe hire some women who have actual feelings to handle customer service.

Is my go to place to have 20# LP tanks refilled. Even when busy they can usually get to filling in a timely manner (I have no problem waiting 5-10 minutes if they are busy) is much appreciate to have this service available. Plus have always been very careful with the tanks.

I need 50lbs of propane refills, I rung the bell, no one came, we inside to asked for help and the employee there said go outside and ring the bell. No one came out for 15 minutes so I left. Service sucks and they need to train the employees there to acknowledge costumers.
