If I could give them a 0 I would. I moved from pa to Florida they gave me a storage unit for the first month free which is fine. I called to find out when could I have to pay for it next the lady told me that I was on automatic payments I asked her to take me off of that and they told me that is fine we can do that. The day my unit was to be paid guess what they automatically took the payment out. I called them and they told me i don't know what to tell you the money has been taking already. The storage manager was so ride a d all she cares about is money . She was so rude.

Excellent! The problem with my trailer turned out to be outside the scope of their service so they didn't charge me and recommended a place that could do the service. Very clean facility and courteous staff.
