Ordered a truck for January 1st at 8am for 24 hours. Asked/paid for a utility dollar and an appliance dolly in the truck. Pick the truck up at 8am on the dot. Get to my destination, no dollys are in the truck. So, we have to go all the way back to Lexington from Georgetown to pick up the dolly. We ask if they can discount the mileage and the one dolly we no longer needed since we already loaded all the other stuff except the appliances. They say they can remove the costs of both dollies, but not the mileage. We agree to that and go on our way. We bring the truck back at 6pm that evening. My app froze up during the return process. So, i take the keys inside to the lady at the counter. She says, “no problem, you’re taken care of and I’ll email you a receipt.” So, I thought all was good. Fast forward 2 days later (my phone was off for a day because I lost my charger) and I have a voice mail from U-haul at 1pm on Saturday, asking where the truck is. So, I drive to the store on Sunday and ask what’s going on? I thought we were good. Girl at the counter says she has the keys and I’m in the clear, it was a mistake on their end. Once again, I think we are good. She assured there weren’t any additional costs I needed to be concerned about. So, I check my email and my bank account Sunday night. They didn’t remove the dolly charges And I never received a receipt, and now it’s saying I no longer have a U-haul account. Check my bank again today (Tuesday) and they have charged me another 120 for a “3 day and 6 hour rental” when I had the truck LESS THAN 24 HOURS!!! So, I guess I’m going back to U-haul tomorrow to get my money back. Freaking ridiculous. I’ll never use this place again.

Jade is great!! I've called everywhere looking for a place that had a hitch for my F350 in central Kentucky and was unable to find one. But Jade came through for me and was able to locate one today. I'm scheduled to have it installed next week. She said she would try and find one and she did. That is rare these days for people to tell you they will do something and then actually do it. Thanks so much Jade I greatly appreciate your help. Also a note to the owner, if she is not in a leadership position with your company currently, she definitely should be!
We had to rent a van for our business for a week. Justin could not have been nicer. We had to add days & it was no problem. He's very easy to work with.
Highly Reccomend this location in Lexington. I was treated with respect and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Top notch!
Good follow up by Justin, read on. Made appt. for installation. Got there and the correct hitch wasn't there. UHaul dropped the ball on this one. Back today getting the hitch installed. Justin at this UHaul location found the correct hitch and installed it!
The facility exceptionally clean and well lit. The staff is outstanding. Very courteous and patient when asking questions about logging in or the Facility. I would highly recommend using this storage facility!
