I recently hired a truck and auto transport for an upcoming move. This took place during the great #ERCOTfail event in Texas a month ago. I was on a very tight "get out of town deadline". Daniel and Britney went above and beyond to make this happen in the worst possible conditions. I can't thank them enough for their help and support! The selection of trucks, trailers and supplies was well stocked! 5 stars for these folks!
This uhaul is amazing. This is my second time working with this facility for a second move. My new apartment towed my u-haul and Brittany jumped right in to help me with the inconveniences. She reassured me that as long as I returned the truck safe and sound there were going to be no late return fees. She understood my dilemma and tried to make things as smooth as possible for me to get the truck back. I will always go to this uhaul for as long as I stay around the Houston area!!

Don't bother checking in online. When I got there the van was supposed to be ready, but they would need a second contact and my full coverage insurance info. Since I Uber'd to the location I didn't have my insurance. This caused my expected total to increase by 50%. After getting the final invoice back after turning the truck my total was almost 100% more than I was originally quoted online. They added charges for a dolly and extra blankets that I didn't request, nor receive. The staff was very short, and acted as if I should have known more about the process. One woman said that I was the result of the confusion because I shouldn't have come inside after checking in online.
My first and last time visiting this location. I get great service at the UHaul on I10. I got nothing but attitude from a young lady at this location.
At first I was not happy with my experience, doing a ride/move share pick up in a different but close location to my house, my keys were not in the lock box and the office was closed. I was very frustrated as it was my moving day! But the uhaul customer service directed me to this location and they had a truck ready to go immediately, I even received a full refund for my rental which I was not expecting. I will always use uhaul to move, they have great customer service and lots of variety of trucks to rent. My very frustrating day turned into an easy move day and even better once I revived a refund so thank you !
