Ordered a truck to pick up materials but the shipment/arrival of the materials was repeatedly delayed. So I had to first move back the pick-up of the truck and then had to eventually cancel it entirely. I went in to the physical location twice and braced myself for static but... the workers at this location were SO NICE and helpful. Nothing was a problem and, honestly, their friendliness lingered and lifted my mood for at least four hours after our exchange. That... was unexpected and appreciated.

Terrible service. Mostly thanks to the 1800 lin manager who was argumentative and rude. Called back to talk to a manager, same person and she just wanted to argue more and blame everyone else for her incompetence. If there was any other service like theirs around, it would sure be nice to go there instead.
Reps attitude was awful. Hope it was just a bad day, but it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
Rented a car trailer a week in advance, they told me that it would be ready for pick up at 11:00 am I went there at 10:30am and there was a line all the way to the front door... I waited for a hour because the employee was by himself when I finally got to the front I was told that they had no trailers despite being 3 of them in the parking lot, i was sent to another location 20 minutes away to get the trailer to be told that they didn’t have a trailer... most unprofessional company I have ever deal with!!!! Stay away and spend your money on a local company
We had a very horrible experience with this branch at Walker's point today. We hire their vehicle st 2 PM and return back at 3:30 PM. We just had to move some stuff in Bayview from one block to next block. We did not run their vehicle for even 5 miles and when we return back the vehicle, they charge us extra 60 for fuel charges after we had already paid the vehicle charges which they ask 19.95. This is a total rip off kind business. I suggest everyone to be very careful when you hire their UHaul vehicle or please find any other option. Thankyou!!
Horrible service!!! Ordered a hitch for installation on 7/1. When I ordered the hitch I asked them to guarantee they would install it on 7/1. I called on 6/30 to confirm my appointment and was told my order was cancelled. They never notified me that the order was cancelled. I was on hold for 3 hours and was ultimately forwarded to the General Manager Eldon or Elton. He didn't care about my order and finally tried to help when I continue to complain. On 6/30 he told me he would call me at 9:00 a.m. on 7/1 with a solution. He never called me back like he said he would. I WILL NEVER GO TO UHAUL AGAIN AND WOULD URGE YOU TO BE CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THEM BECAUSE THERE IS NO FOLLOW THROUGH NOR ANY CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!! SHOCKED BY THEIR LACK OF CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS.
Be ready for a miserable experience with the worst customer service imaginable, guaranteed. If you’d like to ensure your own meltdown, this is the place for you.
