I will never use u-haul again !!!!! I rented thru mobile, when I went to pick up my vehicle their system was down, it would not let me get my truck!!! They had my card number all my information on mobile... all they need to do is take a picture of my driver's licence and insurance card if necessary. I had one day to move and no truck to do it!!!! very disappointing , loss of money, loss of time

What got my attention about this place was the 24hr access but for some reason that was changed or I would be giving U-Haul a 5 star. It is a very clean place with restroom that is usually very clean.

Was there just after 10:00 p.m. and got locked in the yard and had to call security to open the gate for us from an off-site location. Luckily one of our phones was charged. There is no exit out of that property.

For what it is it's safe but the exit gate is quick for elderly forcing you to exit then close door n get seatbelt . clean n open easy to see who or what's near you
