Dr. Marcelo Chauvet and his staff were very friendly and efficient with my sons walk-in. Dr. Chauvet saw my son and explained everything he saw and heard, and what he was going to do. He explained his diagnosis and what we should expect in a few days. The staff called in the prescriptions before we left the office and offered assistance if the pharmacy had any trouble receiving the order. They do X-rays here too. In the event we need urgent care again, we will be returning here.

Had the greatest experience for an urgent care visit. The staff was welcoming, and efficient. The offices and wait rooms were clean. The longest wait was me filling out the registration forms. They had my meds called over at the pharmacy before I even left. They even gave me a follow up call. Super compassionate, 10/10 would recommend.

The receptionist was rude! I called ahead of time to see how long the wait was, she said none. I drove there with my sick kiddo and walked in to her throwing an attitude telling me to go wait in the car. I’m like I literally just called and you said no wait. She said there isn’t, now wait in your car for us to call you. The clinic was literally empty. My kid was walking back and forth because this receptionist couldn’t send me the things I needed via text before I arrived there. The medical assistant that helped was pleasant and quick. But that receptionist can be FIRED any time now.
