Been here countless times since I first moved here. I Have a personally built computer, than requires parts you cant find most places. UES Has always delivered, and offered valuable, well educated information with each visit. Never had a reason to complain, they offer a massive range of products, along with a good list of services they offer. Quality people, quality work, quality service. Can't wait for my next trip here, so i can nerd out with these guys again. IMO, I Wouldn't listen to the negative reviews, guys should have a solid 5/5 Stars. Can't please everyone though! We've all met those people that are just impossible to please, and have to make sure every person in the world knows, Running my own business i'm well aware!

Disappointed that John is no longer at UES! He solved many computer issues for my wife and me over the years. He always gave us great advice so we tried to buy as much as we could from the UES store. Too bad he won't be around!

I have always had great service form UES. I have no reservations recommending them.
I shattered the screen on my iPhone 5c and I had these guys replace it and it's literally like new now. My phone looks like it never even happened! Fairly prompt with service, took about a week to order in parts which was no big deal. Overall great service! I'll be seeing them soon to update my laptop!
