Umaido did reach out to me with an apology in response to my previous review. The food is and always has been phenomenal so I decided to give the restaurant another chance. The manager went above and beyond to make it right and I really appreciate his amazing customer service!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and it was so amazing!! It’s scary trying a restaurant for the first time and Joanna made it such an amazing experience! The shrimp tempura roll is very yummy, and I got the ultra spicy Ramen which was also good and the chicken bun. I will definitely be back! I will say with Covid it’s probably best to take the food to go because of the limited seating inside of the restaurant.

Umaido is delicious. I love it so much. We drive all the way from Lagrange for it and it's so worth it. They have the best broth, noodles, and roasted pork. It's just a bowl of comfort honestly.

Very standard neat. The cuisine wasn’t as impressive as others (beer, decor, etc.)

Each part of the dish was well thought out. The crunchy texture of cabbage and bean sprouts in the cabbage ramen paired perfectly the tender texture of the handmade noodles. Despite the deep pork flavor of the soup, the soup was able to maintain a light consistency even though it was blended together with a fusion of other flavors.
