Needed to ship dried sweet sausage to a friend in Arizona so I went there with hopes they could help. The nice woman behind the deli counter wrapped with wax paper, saran wrap and all I had to do was put in a box. So caring, so helpful! What an awesome market!

I wish there was a ZERO. Completely ruined Christmas Eve. Food was scheduled for a 2pm delivery. I called at 3pm and was told they are short on drivers. I understood. At 4pm I called again and they said the food is on its way. Then at 430pm I called back and told them I understand that they are short drivers but can they just get in touch with the driver and find out what time the delivery will come. I was told no. They cannot get in touch with driver. Well the guests are all here and the food is not. Thank you Giuseppe’s. If I knew this ahead of time I would have picked up. Why offer holiday delivery if you can’t deliver?? I am more annoyed at the customer service. If I was told about the issues and given an option to pickup, I would have. Terrible customer care on Christmas Eve. The last call I made I was told to take it up with the catering manager. Oh well.
