Tabatha in parts has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Our local dealers weren't able to get the part and instead gave me a list of dealers with the part in stock. After being treated rudely by the first few parts departments I called, dealing with Tabatha was a breath of fresh air! Pricing was VERY reasonable, she was more than helpful getting the part shipped, and overall very professional. ALM will definitely be at the top of my list to call and purchase Kia genuine parts even though they're 2 hours away!!

If I could, I would absolutely give zero stars. This dealership would LOVE to sell you a car that they know has been wrecked and re-stretched. They'll lie to you about it, show a clean carfax on their website, then have you drive 6 hours away to pick it up and not have a care in the world about it. Luckily, I took the car to a Kia dealership near me that informed me of their lies and is helping me handle this. It will be handled. The car didn't even have a piece of the front bumper on it and the trunk was broken on the inside and TAPED TOGETHER. I would tell my worst enemy to never deal with these people. The roof is now cracking, visible on the outside. Chrome finishes were repainted and are chipping, they look like a cobblestone street. If the dealership reaches out to me to make this right, I'll update my review.

I've been taking my car to Kia of Union City since the day I purchased it. The staff has always been pleasurable and helpful. My December visit was the most challenging in 9 years. I went in for what was supposed to have been an approximately 2-hour service, but eventually spending 7 hours there! Karissa Hobbs helped me remain calm during the wait by offering her selfless service and keeping me updated on every change and need. Thank you, Karissa! Hope to see you at my next visit.
