It's a tow yard... With a lot of policies written on the window, but none told over the phone. Called two days prior to coming to inform them I'll be picking up my car. I was told the price, but I was but told they charge an extra % if u pay with your debit card and it's not something I would expect as most business don't charge the customer for using their debit card. After I was told how much my fee would be, THE VERY NEXT QUESTION should of been \ are u paying with cash or card\ and informing me of the extra charge. No worries, as I have no plans or see no reason to ever use their services again.
They came very fast and the operator was very helpful and professional. Not over priced. Very pleased with this service.
