I have dealt with Meredith's Culligan for several years in a business capacity and have always been extremely pleased with their professionalism and great customer service, so when we decided to finally make the move to install a softener in our home, it was a very easy choice to go with them for personal services as well. Our salesperson, Dennis, was excellent; who not only was superior at explaining everything in an easily understood manner, but was also very personable and knowledgeable, and our installer, Brandon, provided the same superior service and knowledge. This was a very positive and enjoyable experience and I would gladly recommend Meredith's to anyone in need of water services.

Went here on a Monday morning a couple weeks ago to see if I could transfer from my old water company to Culligan. I walked into Union Grove Culligan and the staff were very helpful and friendly, knew exactly how to transfer companies. Definitely will be staying here, as I noticed the building was spectacularly clean, unlike my other water company. 11/10 for the cleaning you do for your company! I will definitely recommend to my friends about Culligan’s friendly staff and delivery staff, customer service, and cleanest environment (especially during this pandemic, thank you for cleaning, makes the company look very professional). We had a great experience! The service for our new home was scheduled quickly. This is our first time having a Culligan system and we learned a lot from the service tech. I’d high recommend working with Meredith’s Culligan Service!
