Dr. Adam Lipson did a cervical vertebral fusion on my mother and then at the 1 year appointment left the room b/c she was expressing herself by informing the doctor she was not better. He told her to see a pain management and never returned to the room, no one from the office did any follow ups on a patient they did a major surgery on. No human compansion

I walk into the Paramus office in fear of my neck and arms prior accident I’m going too be seen by Dr. Lipson I enter the office very nervous and the woman at the front desk are very friendly and respectful. You’re time waiting for the MD is so quickly that it keeps me relaxed and Comfortable Dr. Lipson RN is so knowledgeable polite and courteous that after she guides you to show her your problems I can remember the hard times before the appointment I’m having Dr. Lipson controls all the pain and suffering by explaining what to do to feel 100% better they are a fabulous medical group I recommend to all family members and friends that need to have it happen in a defínete positive way

I was Seeing Dr Gallido in his Private Practice for At least a Year, then he joined this group of Doctors, I needed to make an appointment to see him asap So they gave me an appointment a week later. Nothing was said to me when they scheduled my appointment regarding my insurances, that they Did Not Take What Have, Being Dr Gallido participated & took all of my Insurances that I have !! When I arrrived at my appointment which was a Big waist of time for me the Girl w Blonde Hair Behind The Desk, told me she called me & left me a voice mail on my phone about my insurance etc which was totally False !! I Definitely Would Not Recommend This Office to Anyone, They Are Rude, Liers, and make Patients feel like Complete Fools !! Something Should have been said before they made my appointment about my insurance that they Did Not Accept what I Have & Not Make Me go all the way there For Nothing !! What a Complete Joke How This Dr Office Works !! I have Now Found a Much Better Doctors Office !! IGEA Brain & Spine You Need to Teach Your Office Staff How To Run an Office !! & Schedule Appointments w Insurances & Ask Questions First Before Making Appointments!!!!!!! Very Poor Will Never Reccomend Anyone Here !!

This is my very first visit to this office the girls at the reception desk are very warm and friendly I did not have to wait very long to see the doctor when I went into the waiting room I was greeted by a physician's assistant who was very warm and friendly and explained everything that she was doing during her examination then Dr. Randazzo came in he greeted himself and then he explained everything in layman's terms to me about my case I was very pleased with the end result.
