Thanksgiving night driver #324 was horrible. We had 4 adults & 2 children. Specifically asked for a bigger car. Cab pulled up, was a van. While we're getting are things in the trunk, we had 2 trays for food & some other things to take to family gathering. The driver starts saying in Spanish hurry up you guys are taking up my time I said sir we are getting are things in the car theres no need for you to be so obnoxious you are getting paid for your services. He said he doesn't have time to wait on us. He gets paid by the hour he can find other passengers. He said he was only going to take 4 passengers. When clearly there was 5 of us. He also said not 1 of the adults could sit in the front seat. Which was fine we didn't have a problem with arranging ourselves in the back seats. I told him I was shocked at his attitude towards passengers that were clearly going to pay for the service. He told me to shut up a couple of times. I lost it & let him have it. Took my family out of the car before we even moved. Had to tell my elderly mother who was on her way out of the house to go back inside because we weren't going to be using this cab service. He had no problem with removing us & our things & drove away. I am disgusted by this company & the people they have employed. You need to do better. Again his # was 324. Not sure if he lied about that he was actually happy to give us his #. He didn't care about losing passengers. & when I told him I would be reporting him to his company he didn't care & said go ahead. Seems like this type of behavior is tolerated by whoever runs this company. I will be spreading the word to friends & family. Friends of family & anyone that will listen about Union. Unprofessional & completely disgusting!
