Found these folks by googling "camera repair". Cannot say enough about how happy I am with their service. I got an email estimate the same day my camera and lens was delivered to their shop. I called and spoke with a very helpful gal named Cindy, and kept her extension number as I followed through the process as I was on a short time frame prior to a big trip. To get to the point, friendly, helpful service, great work, excellent communication, and fast turn around. I could not be happier with this business!
Cannot say enough good stuff about these guys. Have used them actually 3 times, 2 recently. There was a delay on the repair of a lens, checked on the website, it was "sitting on the technician's table." Emailed, they explained they were waiting for parts. They fixed it fine. My most recent experience was outstanding. Have a Nikon D3 that has literally traveled around the world,and with which I was having issues. After I "overdiagnosed" the problems, they called me back, told me all it needed was some cleaning and adjustment. The camera is back to its former glory. They could have taken me for a ride. They did not. They were ethical and honest. They deserve 5 stars and my repeat business.
Excellent customer service! I had an emergency with my Nikon D7000 in a shortly before upcoming travel and I could not have wished for a better service. They contacted me several times by email and phone, both customer service agent and the technician. Camera was fixed and sent back promptly. AAA Highly recommend!

I had a great experience. They fixed the power switch on my Kodak camera and now I can use it again. The price was very convenient. Will return here next time I need service.
Took my Nikon D800 there for backfocusing problems and a cracked on/off switch. They were extremely professional (calling me before they did anything and to tell me they had to order parts) and the price was reasonable. Turnaround time was one week but only because they had to order a part. Overall I am very impressed with the friendly staff and professionalism of the place. I would definitely bring another camera here to be fixed.
My Canon camcorder was sent for repair via Sam's Club service plan. I am sure their technical people are exceptional, BUT customer service folks are horrible. I had to call in several times to get the status on my camera, every time I got a different answer. Long story short, they received the camera on Aug 18, up until Sept 3rd they had not sent it to the technician to look at it. They told me several times that they will call me within couple of hours with latest status, no one called. I am not sure if I would like to send anything there for repairs.
