I don’t know if there was a recent change in management or what but I have never had this many issues with orders. I cringe having to visit the location because I have yet to have a decent experience. Everyone is rude and I don’t think this comment will change anything because I think it’s a requirement for this location. Employment requirement: must have 0 customer service experience we prefer to hire folks with no experience around humans.

Once again they lost a package I had coming, this past December 19 tracking said package our for deliver, you'll receive by 8pm, which it never did, so next several says I'm going back and forth with this office on where my item is. The tracking also changed from out for delivery to waiting to be scanned, so then I spoke to someone named Kyarra, who claimed to be supervisor and right from the start copped an attitude with me like it was all my fault and I'm the customer who is missing the package.. since the post office people lack proper job training and are at fault for the loss of my item, I demanded a refund minus taxes on the price of my item and then she hung up on me, so now I guess its file a formal complaint over this office, maybe channel 2 and go from there

My mail comes out of this post office and seems to be getting later and later every day. Some times I don't even get mail. Can someone please explain to me what is going on with our Postal service. I used to get my mail at 2:00 everyday.
Horrible! I wish I could give a zero! I waited at home all day for my package and it had said my package was coming between 2:30pm-6:30pm. Well needless to say they didn’t come at all! I was literally sitting on the couch with the blinds open and they never came! Then they lied and said the came when I checked my tracking on my package! So you going to lie! I’m over them! They also had me waiting on the phone for 30 minutes and still didn’t answer!

I had an awesome postal delivery guy for nearly 2 years. Now for some odd reason I have a new person who is a female. I get my mail late in the evening. Why? She often sits in the truck on her phone. The supervisors needs to drive around more often. Just lazy, simple as that. Unfair for me to receive a package after 7 pm from USPS!
