Please build a bigger post office or a second one for this area. There is always a line. I always try to get there 5 minutes before they open and it never fails. Also, the hours are awful. I always have to take time out of my work day to go. Today I used the self service kiosk because the line was too long for the window service. There were no pens in the lobby to fill out my mailing form.

This is a busy Post Office and the usual 2 ladies behind the desk are wonderful. It must be hard dealing with the public especially during busy times and I know sometimes they can be a little stern, but these ladies are professional and knowledgeable

I sent a package for Christmas on the 18th and was rudely greeted by an African American and Asian lady who frequently staff this location. Every time I enter I am yelled at about how to label packages and where to place them as if I work there! When asked if my package would arrive by Christmas she replied sarcastically "Youre paying for priority right?" It is now the 24th and the package is nowhere to be found and it is a known issue that USPS is backed up. This is deceptively bad customer service with very obnoxiously rude staff. Theres a reason USPS is going under when you have individuals like the ones at this location.

Just wanted to make sure my one star review got in here, too. Wonky hours, a staff that just truly does not care, and it’s unorganized. Last year if got certified mail. I went to go pick it up and they couldn’t find it. They called me WEEKS later to tell me they found it. Well it was the IRS so that delay went well. Highly do not reccomend.

This post office is always packed with people waiting a long line.... Please change the hours here to regular hours 9-6pm. It will serve the community better.

I asked what I didn't know, but the staff didn't treat me kindly, I understand that the staff gets similar questions from many many people every day. However, it feels bad from the side of the person receiving the service. Especially as a first-time visitor

Unlike the rest of the reviews, I had a great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly even when I stumbled on my questions and generally sounded like a fool. I was in and out in less than five minutes, even with the pandemic.

If I could give less than one star I would. AVOID this post office if you can. The line is always out the door and everyone here is grumpy. Plus, they have clown hours. Not helpful at all. AVOID.
