This branch moved and not even the USPS automated system helps in locating the new address. Ended up going to the one on Vassar Street. They don't speak enough English to understand any questions you ask. Worst customer service I've experienced in Reno. They need to be retrained on everything.

Worst post office I’ve ever been to. Diane was super rude and tossed my package around carelessly and wouldn’t listen to any of my questions. She needs to be fired. The usps location in south Reno is much better.

Stopped by to mail a package today and David was super helpful in telling me which box I needed and directing me to the supplies they had available. The line moved very quickly and I was in and out in a flash! Thanks for being awesome David!
