Came out same day to pick up an old BBQ pit I needed to get rid of. Great and efficient service.
I called today for junk pickup and it was done in about an hour. Josh put everything in the trailer himself. I had originally wanted just one thing picked up and ended up with a quarter of the trailer filled up. So glad to have that junk gone!
These guys don’t even deserve one star. We scheduled them for a pickup after an estate sale. We were on a tight schedule, and had already been stood up by another junk removal company. These guys sent a confirmation text of their 8am arrival time, and at 9:30 I called for a status. They claimed they were 20 minutes away. That was a lie. When they did finally show up at 12:15, their trailer was already 3/4 way full as was the bed of their pickup. I don’t know what they expected to haul away from our location with an almost full trailer. Very disappointing. We were already so frustrated, we just sent them away. They didn’t seem to care. I would never recommend them.
Josh was very polite and very respectful. They are also very affordable!
