We love our rock hot tub from Universal Rocks. It fits right in with our landscape and looks completely natural. The quality is amazing and we love lounging in it whether its hot or cold outside. We love the dual functionality of a pool in the hot weather and a hot tub whenever we want it. It takes less than an hour to heat up completely. Great customer service and friendly support from the Universal Rocks Team. We can't wait to visit their showroom. Check them out, you won't regret it. Feel free to post our photos!

Awesome place. The staff was amazing and are awesome at creating long lasting products. We bought some terrarium accessories for our snake enclosure and it is amazing. Definitely check them out.

After I intially had a bad experience with the installation of my spa (done by a person no longer contracting with the company), and wrote a review, the owner contacted me, refunded the cost associated with the issue(s), and corrected the problems with the installation. They really seem like they want to make things right and it was unfortunate that they had someone working for them who wasn't.
