It's alright but not terrible. It's a decent place to live. It has a small bug problem. It's a loft so it's not the most attractive place to stay. The floors are a little dirty and need some cleaning.

It's pretty garbage to live here. 400 a semester to park here. There is no cameras in the garage so if someone breaks in, you're out of luck. There is a scanner that checks your parking pass to let you in, but it works intermittently. The elevators scarcely all work at the same time. Several times only one has been in operation. The building contains roughly 500 residents yet there is like 20 washers and driers. All of this has been forgivable to me until recently when they decided to place routers into all of the rooms. My roommates and I had a very strong and capable router that provided us with reliable internet, but they have decided to ruin that as well and have forcibly placed an absolute garbage router into our room. The quality of living has steadily decreased during my stay here and I would not recommend living here. I can't speak to the other on campus living, but certainly don't stay here.

Wish they had more parking! Wish the rooms were bigger like the lofts, but my daughter loves it there. She feels she's able to be more social. Everyone is nice.

The view from the University Lofts at night is gorgeous! The room size is nice and besides that it is a five minute walk (or a bit more) to class. However, I cannot give it five stars due to the amount of TMA requests I've had to submit this semester for malfunctioning supplies/appliances. Some rooms have better equipment than others, but for the most part the maintenance crew is always nice and willing to assist.

Lived here over the summer semester. Staff was great and came through for me when needed. Would've gave 5 stars if the room were bigger than they are now. Other than that everything else is perfect..
