Professional Indeed! Always readily helped by extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff. Employees are low pressure and permit you to browse throughout the store for as long as you want (which is strangely the common theme for negative reviews on here). The store itself is superb and a pleasant place to spend time shopping for all your golfing needs regardless of your skill level.
Jerry really went the extra mile to help me out when I was in the store. He took the time to explain certain details when I was testing out different clubs. The staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly, I'd recommend this store to anyone.
Again, what can you say about a place where all the employees treat you like family? I always and I mean always have the most wonderful time coming to this store; essentially it’s a great time all the time! Just got fitted with the new Callaway driver by John Cooper; not only is he incredibly nice, but the guy bought me an extra 5 mph ball speed average on my club!!!! BRAVO JOHN!!!! And Bridgette the manager always has a nice smile and will help you in anyway possible! Wish I could give them 100 stars!
PGA Store order number 242415. Recently I went into the PGA Superstore in Sarasota and did the fitting van experience. I tried and bought a nice set of clubs and at the time I was told the shafts were on back order for a month so they upgraded the shafts for free so I could get my set sooner. Coming onto the ship date and I called for a status and the store couldn't give me any information and they said they had to call Taylormade. Come to find out a lot of other things are on back order and it won't be until April I receive my clubs. I specifically based my order on availability and according to the store, Taylormade keeps them in the dark. When I called Taylormade they say the store is lying that Taylormade doesn't keep them in the dark. Either way, I'm waiting for my clubs. Taylormade says it is what it is. Horrible customer service by Taylormade however everyone I've spoken to at the SRQ SuperStore has been great.

Thank you to Gary Parisi for providing outstanding service during my club selection/fitting. Being a fairly new golfer shopping for decent clubs can be a bit overwhelming and intimidating, however Gary made me feel very comfortable. His knowledge of the technology as well as swing mechanics made for a stress-free and informative shopping trip. Can't wait to get out on the course with my new Callaway Big Bertha Reva (or as Gary dubbed them, Diva) clubs.
Excellent service, they showed me where the products were and made sure I purchased exactly what I needed.
