2 Bed/2 Ba is comfortable. Room B is huge. Shared living room, kitchen, and laundry with one roommate. Close enough to walk to campus.
Living at University Pines really has been one of the best experiences. Now that the property is under new management, all of my service requests, questions, and concerns are taken care of quickly and efficiently. I especially enjoy laying by the pool with friends. The new tv that is outside is absolutely perfect for watching Braves games. Anyone who is looking for a fun apartment with management that really cares about their residents, choose The Pines.
I lived here over one summer and its really just okay. The housing and maintenence staff are great, but this complex feels a bit run down compared to other on campus housing. I have also lived at Southern Pines and Freedoms Landing and this was my least favorite. The upstairs bedroom (room B) in the two bedroom apartments is HUGE.
Great apartments, very well kept up, people are so kind and amenities are great! Very nice over all! Prices are very fair and they give out prizes, have events for residents and gifts! Great place for students to live! Gsu bus stop is right across. :)

This place is awful, they don't take care of their residents. They claim to offer 24 hour services like gym, pool, study room, and game room but they never give you a key so it's only available during office hours. The electric bill always goes over the cap and is extremely high. They lose forms and don't bother to roommate match people like they claim.
