I had a good experience with this company. They upgraded my order to a new model for free which I thought was great and they got my paperwork to me right away when I filled out the online request form. Shipping did take a bit, but I assumed that would be the case going in (4 weeks from the time I ordered). They were responsive through email only (1 day) to any questions I had and kept me up to date on the order status. Makes me wonder about some of the people writing these negative reviews.

T H I S P L A C E I S N O T R E A L Tried to scam me out of 2,000 dollars. Good thing i have a good bank who detected fraud and refunded me. Absolutely fake look at the reviews. All 5 star reviews are fake.

This company is a complete RIP OFF!!!! we ordered 2 scooters back in June, they took 1900.00 from our bank account and then told us the scooters were not available. We asked for a refund...still no refund and NO scooters! They claim they refunded, but that is a lie. They will not return calls or emails. The BBB and the news channels are next. Never buy from this company!!!!!!

Love Power Ride Outlet!! Shipping was on time quad was assembled and tested. Grandson loves it ,runs great.3 years later, Christie who took my call sent me a replacement part with tracking #. It was the left handed switch controller. My grandson tipped over and broke it. I was very happy to get him up and running again. The ATV was bought Dec 2013,it is still running great in 2017 with basic maintenance . Thanks PRO!

sometimes in life is as people are to impatient or make mistakes but that is all it is these people did a great job Everytime I contacted them they hit me back and my bike came on time. Slow down and appreciate what you have. If it's not right reach out before you judge. I TAKE MY HAT OFF TO POWER RIDE. GOOD JOB GUYS
