Went there on a Saturday morning, and the minute I walked through the door, I was greeted. Very nice officers. I even called the day before to make sure I would be going to the right place, the person who answered the phone was very nice! It took only 45 minutes to file my paper work, receive sit-down instructions and other information to assist me with my case. I applaud the staff and thank them for helping my process go as smooth as possible!

Not one call of these 6 were answered. Called and let it ring for about 3 min. Until it hung up on its own. It's ridiculous how not even one was answered and I called one after another. About 17 minutes ringing and nothing.
So my mom sent me a picture of my mail that she had put to the side and realized that I had missed a court date I then turnt my self in today 1/13/20,so I arrived inside the bullpen/ intake and noticed dirty seats, individuals using the phones officer's having fun laughing poking at the inmates not sanitizing anything old dirt on the the walls looked like mucus..smh these are the people who hold the law and there not even taking the covid serious.I was finger printed by a officer who then finger printed another inmate right after me ,with out cleaning the hand scanner.So now I'm officially convinced that who ever is at the top,the families of the founding fathers only cares about getting wealthier no one cares about my children and my family there in this for them selves.smh so I just hope the lord return soon and fixed this mess.
VERY BAD PLACE FOR BUSINESS. THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! SO PATHETIC
I’m confused that they don’t have the heat on in December and there not taking into account that there housing people Why is the HEAT NOT ON YET ?
