If we pay for unlimited I feel like all attractions should be open the entire time instead of having to trace someone down to open them. Granted I understand staffing might be low. Other wise my group had fun! Thanks Urban Air

We visited this location last month for a birthday party. I had no complaints and the kids thought it was tons of fun. We prefer this location more than the Franklin location.
Bought a birthday party for 400, could never find the actual host probably spent an hour of the two hour party looking and waiting for her to stop hiding. I had to contact another girl at the counter who had to then \find the lady\ and 20 minutes later she shows up confused, tv doesn't work, no music, couldnt use the actual space for what we wanted to! We had a glow party for a 13th birthday, without the glow program, without the music, and without hardly ANY HELP FROM THE STAFF that i was charged for. I could have put a party on the picnic table by the actual jumping place for nothing, i bought the plates, the cake, i paid for assistance ans HOSTING. Ill be filing a formal BBB complaint on this party as well.
Definitely an appealing place for kids of all ages. Staff members were very friendly. The pizza really is tasty and the pricing for everything is reasonable. The play areas seemed clean and well-kept, but the bathrooms and concession area needed some attention. People were leaving their trash at the tables like they expected the staff to clean up after them, which made it difficult for us to find a table when we were ready to sit down and eat. Bathrooms were just gross. I’m hoping it was an oversight— there are lots of small kids running around and a dirty bathroom is the last thing anyone wants to see in this COVID era. Speaking of COVID, hardly anyone was wearing a mask. I understand for kids running around and playing, but adults who are there primarily to supervise their kids should be wearing masks. I was playing pretty hard with my toddler and managed to keep my mask on the whole two hours we were there. It’s not a big deal. Not sure we will return anytime soon if masks won’t be enforced.
My kids love going here. People are very nice and try to get you in as quickly as possible
