i gave urban air five stars because I recently went her with my kids and it was amazing, the people were all very nice and they enjoyed the food and Icces. This is a perfect place to go if you need your kids to loose some energy and you need more quiet time. I recommend it and would most definitely go again and bring even more people with me next time .

My twins love urban air and selected urban air for their 10th birthday celebration, with everything that's going on I wanted for them to have a little fun for their birthday. Well this is closest location to us, and we come all the time never really need any services but the services received was never bad, so the experience received for the birthday party was shocking to have a horrible experience. I was told when confirming the party, I can come early to setup decorations, I selected the glow theme on the glow night, so all my decorations were glow in the dark...party room provided did not glow. After going into two other rooms.... was told the up light is not working, finally being place in third option with no air... the time is now 7 time for the party... the table are now not setup the birthday sign was never replaced on the table the host did not host. And so I'm not writing book because there is sooooooo much more that went wrong with this party...but to top the night off was the pizza was burned...when addressed to the supervisor... I was told that's the way their pizza looks... it's not burned... now I'm looking at the pizza and smelling the pizza and it's burned. The kids didn't even eat it... this was by far the worst birthday party celebration ever.

Just went to this place. I gave it 2 stars only because the kids will sleep great tonight and so will I. However I noticed many other things. First, Employees walk around with tunnel vision. Numerous employees hanging out at the slam dunk spot walking past a line of drinks and bottles along the dodge ball area and not 1 stopped to clean it up. Second, not one employee was monitoring the deck area where the freestyle, dodge ball and slam dunk area are to ensure customers keep drinks out of the deck area as the signs are posted. Three, Employees were more concerned about gathering and gossiping then helping customers. I watched 6 employees gossip on the send level above the snack bar while a line of customers formed for drinks and such. Fourth, I only seen one person that resembled or acted like a supervisor/ manager in a blue shirt. That was only due to the gossiping that was going on and they got them split back up. So kudos to her. Fifth, we paid the 29.99 price times 4 but none of those other attractions were even open. They could of told us at the desk sorry but none of those are open right now so you only need to pay the 22.99 price for your time. That alone probably would of made me give 3 or 4 stars. If they get more responsible supervisors on the floor and encourage the staff to have more pride in the place they work I think they would be a better place.

I cant believe Urban Air would try to do a bait and switch on food prices......attached is the menu and my receipt for the actually food....im talking about the loaded nachos prices....I spoke to a manager name Dee...she said it's BEEN like that....there is nothing she can do.....no concession or anything...take it or leave it. I said why don't u put the correct price in the counter for customers to know the menu price is incorrect....she didn't say a word. I said you can be marketing totally different prices on customers....not professional....she had no comments. I guess that's what happen when you have an unqualified manager or care free owners....smh...Here my proof in the pictures. Sad to know thatcthe menu prices BEEN wrong like that for awhile....smh!!! maybe that was there game plan.....switch and bait people with wrong pricing on food!
